Obviously the last post is for week#6 and directed at all of my co-workers who were unlucky not to witness their own team's glory that fateful day. Go Newcastle.
Oh yeah, online vids are good. Might be good for targeting young adults as they would be aware of this particular forum. hence our federal politicians feeble attempts to get the youth vote on youtube

Handy tool....not really needed that much if you are stationary most of the time as IE has the bookmark function and whatnot. Very good for people who aren't using the same terminal all the time!

I think we should use mashups the same way I have by creating ID badges (with an unflattering photos from New Years eve 07)

Answer boards are really good and I use them all the time especially when patrons want recipes that are hard to find and other obscure facts. In what ways might our customers like to rate or review items in the collection or services you offer? Well alot of that is done through just telling staff. I think we are few years off from public library users doing this kind of thing online. Suggestion slips guiding patrons in what we want them to rate may be a starter...
